Gina and her husband David were both born and raised in New Jersey. They became owners at L’Ambiance in March 2018 splitting their time between New Jersey and Ft Lauderdale. In 2022 they decided to semi retire and now live in Ft Lauderdale and spend their summers in New Jersey. They have 2 grown children, a son who resides in Ft Lauderdale, FL and a daughter who resides in Morristown, NJ. Gina has served as President on the BOD at L’Ambiance since February, 2023. She also serves as Treasurer on a commercial property BOD in New Jersey as well as President of Access Architectural Glass & Aluminum, LLC, the company her and her husband founded. Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sports and time on the beach in her spare time.

Sandra and her husband, Richard Surwit, purchased their condominium at L’Ambiance in 2009. They have 2 grown children and split their time between Fort Lauderdale and Durham, NC. Sandra has an MA in French from Middlebury College and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler (UNC-CH). She has a strong background in marketing, and brings considerable experience in operations and finance as a founder of several development stage companies. This is Sandra second term on the Board of Directors, previously holding the position of President.

I have been a year-round resident at L’Ambiance for over 5 years. I am a retired, Certified Professional Insurance Agent and licensed by the state of Florida with over 17 years of experience

I am proud to have served as a board member for 9 years so far at The Bordeaux Club Condominium, Naples, FL. During my tenure I have learned about the workings of that association and not only contributed to the betterment of our insurance coverage but also saved us a great deal of money by auditing and keeping on top of current insurance changes and regulations.  For the current term, we had only a 5% increase over the previous year.

In addition, here at L’Ambiance I worked on the Rules committee to update our rules and regulations.  I was also on the Lobby and Common area refresh committee which we worked on for almost 3 years making L’Ambiance a better place to live.
